What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues
• perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on tractors, loaders, skid steers, attachments, and other farm equipment
• install and set up equipment
• inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs
• complete service reports and work orders
• maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment
• respond to field service calls and perform onsite repairs as needed
• communicate repair recommendations, parts needs, and equipment status
• follow safety procedures and regulations
• maintain positive customer relationships.
