What you'll do

• Prepare fruits and vegetables according to product specifications and recipes
• maintain prep inventory and production guides
• label, date, and rotate produce and prepared items
• store food in approved covered containers
• follow the buffet production system
• report spoilage, invoice errors, waste, or products that do not meet specifications
• assist with buffet upkeep
• clean and organize prep areas and equipment
• follow local health department laws
• help guests during meal periods.
