The role establishes technical standards, characterizes models, and collaborates across research programs so teams can use fit-for-purpose models in therapeutic discovery and translation.

What you'll do

• Set cell-modeling strategy and technical standards
• develop and maintain iPSC cultures and differentiation protocols
• generate lung-lineage and organoid models
• design and execute CRISPR editing and screening
• characterize cells and engineered lines using appropriate molecular and cellular assays
• maintain quality control and reproducible records
• collaborate with program, computational, screening, and external teams
• mentor scientists as applicable.
