What you'll do

• Maintain, install, and troubleshoot studio equipment
• support video-streaming, data, optical, and network communication systems
• install and maintain cameras, audio and video equipment, cabling, computers, and laptops
• diagnose information-system and software problems
• monitor CDN server connections
• provide user support
• prepare technical reports and documentation
• follow IT service procedures and applicable gaming regulations.
