The Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing role is onsite in Napoleon, OH; pay is $34.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments
• assess residents and document vital signs and care
• supervise and support State Tested Nursing Assistants
• coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and families
• process orders and follow-up care
• complete admissions and clinical documentation
• support infection prevention
• respond to emergencies
• participate in care planning and maintain regulatory compliance.
