Working under the Sous Chef, the entry-level cook handles basic food preparation and simple cooking tasks while supporting kitchen production and service. The role helps maintain consistent food handling, sanitation, organization, and workflow across the dining team.

What you'll do

• Wash, cut, portion, and assemble ingredients
• assist with simple cooking under the Sous Chef’s direction
• support station setup, replenishment, and service
• assist team members during production
• stock, receive, and organize products
• maintain clean work areas and equipment
• follow food handling, labeling, storage, rotation, sanitation, and safety procedures
• learn basic culinary techniques and kitchen procedures.
