What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• support mobility, transfers, and daily physical activities
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• administer medications and monitor health conditions according to care plans
• provide companionship and emotional support
• maintain a clean, safe living environment
• document and report changes in resident health or behavior.
