What you'll do

• Work with the Senior Pastor and pastoral staff to plan and lead worship services and perform pastoral duties as needed
• recruit, train, and shepherd worship team members, media volunteers, and staff
• oversee choirs, ensembles, praise teams, bands, seasonal programs, and special events
• maintain and upgrade instruments and audio, video, and lighting equipment as needed
• develop worship and media budgets with volunteers and staff
• promote spiritual growth through rehearsals, retreats, and gatherings
• oversee streaming, sound, and video ministries
• carry out pastoral duties such as visitation rotation, weddings, funerals, and teaching or preaching as needed.
