Studio Manager

The Studio Manager role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with pay of $18–$25 per hour. It exists to keep the business operating efficiently, support staff training, meet client expectations, and operate profitably.

What you'll do

• Manage client acquisition, experience, and retention
• oversee inventory, local marketing, community engagement, social media, and public relations
• recruit, hire, manage, develop, and retain staff
• oversee studio upkeep and safety reporting
• manage profit and loss
• execute promotions and the Club Orange loyalty program
• work with owners on human resources, marketing, customer relationships, and fiscal accountability.
