This role exists to provide personalized, 1:1 support to clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other cognitive impairments. What you'll do

• Provide cognitive and behavioral support, assist with personal care (dressing, grooming, hygiene), maintain home safety and housekeeping, provide transportation for errands and appointments, and offer companionship through tailored activities.
