What you'll do

• Lead and develop the property team
• partner with area and executive leadership on initiatives and operational goals
• oversee daily community operations and property presentation
• inspect apartments, common areas, amenities, and grounds
• coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance, unit turns, and capital projects
• ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
• drive leasing, prospect follow-up, tours, and renewals
• respond to resident concerns
• manage budgets, expenses, rent collections, occupancy, delinquency, and revenue
• monitor market trends and KPIs
• use AppFolio and other software to maintain records and analyze performance
• develop action plans to improve results.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of multifamily property management experience, demonstrated success in luxury or Class A communities, a track record of sustaining occupancy at or above 95%, AppFolio proficiency, and a high school diploma. Travel is within the Sioux Falls metro area.
