What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and customers
• learn the organization’s history, exhibits, programs, and events
• create bookings and process sales
• handle membership payments and records in Raiser’s Edge and print member cards
• assist with ticketing and merchandise
• manage member and non-member accounts and run reports
• oversee wheelchair and stroller checkout
• maintain brochures and the information desk
• greet guests and contact appropriate staff.

Why this role
