Regional Property Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise and develop Property Managers
• coordinate with leasing and other departments
• lead monthly meetings and quarterly field visits
• establish department goals, metrics, systems, and procedures
• oversee tenant service, property inspections, vendors, maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
• review property reports and profitability metrics
• maintain owner relationships and regulatory compliance. Must handle emergencies 24/7, access email on weekends, and travel 30%.
