What you'll do

• Accept retail and commercial checking and savings deposits
• cash checks and process savings withdrawals, cash advances, and loan payments
• operate computer systems to process account activity and resolve routine problems
• issue official checks and traveler’s checks
• assist with night depository duties
• cross-sell bank products and refer customers to appropriate staff
• process stop-payment and hold orders
• balance the cash drawer
• provide customer service
• answer and direct telephone calls. May assist with ATM balancing and vault duties.
