What you'll do

• Manage and resolve inbound IT ServiceDesk tickets
• diagnose desktop operating system and application issues
• install and configure computers, laptops, tablets, and other IP-based mobile devices
• support conferencing and display equipment
• maintain desktop policies, asset records, licensing, security, and backup/restore procedures
• collaborate with IT departments.
