What you'll do

• Support multiple private equity fund clients and manage deliverables, expectations, and timelines
• prepare and review fund accounting activities, including journal entries, investor allocations, capital account statements, management fees, capital calls, distributions, and waterfall models
• oversee investor communications, financial statements, and year-end requirements
• coordinate with auditors and tax teams
• respond to client requests
• identify process improvements
• mentor junior team members.
