Dean’s Engineering and Construction business unit, which delivers electrical and technology solutions for complex facilities and infrastructure. The project leader manages large electrical construction projects across their lifecycle, from initiation and bidding through implementation and closeout. The role coordinates people, schedules, costs, materials, documentation, and customer communication to support safe, timely, and successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Administer and organize large-scale electrical construction projects
• manage proposal, design, installation, and closeout phases
• prepare project documentation and schedules
• coordinate project kickoff
• develop work breakdown structures and resource plans
• monitor schedule, cost, budget, and scope
• provide site surveys, cost studies, forecasts, and progress reports
• coordinate materials, permits, licenses, and inspections
• review schedules with customers and general contractors
• manage project data
• ensure punch-list completion and accurate as-built drawings, manuals, and training materials.
