Remodeling and Restoration Estimator

The Remodeling and Restoration Estimator role is onsite in Harrisburg, PA, with field inspections across Central Pennsylvania. Compensation starts at $75,000 per year plus performance bonuses. C&Z Construction LLC provides emergency property restoration and reconstruction and helps property owners recover after damage. The estimator assesses property losses and develops scopes, budgets, and estimates for restoration projects. The role works with insurance carriers and internal project teams to support appropriate project funding and rebuilding within schedule and budget.

What you'll do

• Inspect residential and commercial fire, water, smoke, and storm losses
• prepare restoration estimates using Xactimate
• develop scopes of work, budgets, supplements, and change orders
• negotiate damage scopes and reconstruction pricing with insurance carriers
• collaborate with project managers and production teams
• identify hidden damage, code upgrades, and specialty repairs
• communicate with property owners.
