What you'll do

• Lead daily clinical operations
• treat patients and provide individualized physical therapy care

• oversee documentation, operational, and billing protocols
• ensure timely and compliant clinical documentation
• partner with Sales and Marketing to grow referral relationships and the patient base
• identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
