Enterprise Risk Management Program Manager

The Enterprise Risk Management Program Manager role is onsite in Pineville, LA. Compensation is not specified. The program manager owns the operating cadence and continued development of Crest’s enterprise risk management program. By coordinating risk owners, maintaining the risk register, tracking mitigation, and preparing leadership and board materials, the role helps leaders understand and act on enterprise risks.

What you'll do

• Lead risk-owner meetings, liaison communications, data collection, follow-up, and status tracking
• govern the enterprise risk register and identify incomplete or inconsistent information
• prepare steering committee materials, executive summaries, dashboards, risk profile updates, and the annual board report
• track mitigation plans, controls, owners, due dates, and actions
• lead risk workshops and scoring calibration
• develop key risk indicators and reporting
• maintain ERM tools, templates, process documentation, guidance, and training
• support Power BI inputs, dashboard updates, data validation, and trend analysis
• manage the recurring ERM calendar and improve processes.
