Construction Manager (OAR I/OAR II)

Compensation is $5,000–$10,000 per year. The Construction Manager (OAR I/OAR II) role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm supporting the Los Angeles Unified School District Bond Program. The manager oversees capital improvement projects from planning through closeout, helping ensure safe delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with District standards. The role coordinates contractors, designers, public agencies, and client stakeholders across project phases.

What you'll do

• Manage pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and closeout
• review pre-construction documents and provide designer feedback
• prepare project status reports
• coordinate with public agencies and the client
• monitor budgets and schedules
• manage contractor activities, schedules, submittals, and RFIs/RFCs
• review substitutions
• negotiate change orders
• oversee contractor, architect, and engineer payments
• administer professional service agreements
• coordinate fixtures, furniture, and equipment
• manage project certification and financial closeout
• ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
