What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles
• analyze client data and make treatment recommendations
• provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct-care staff
• collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals
• conduct caregiver training
• maintain compliant clinical documentation
• participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
