What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate loan documents for secured and unsecured lending transactions, including credit agreements, security agreements, and ancillary documentation
• coordinate due diligence, closings, and post-closing matters
• manage multiple deal timelines and deliverables
• work with shareholders and senior counsel
• attend client meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making
• participate in business development and client relationship efforts. Requires 4–6 years of commercial finance experience, a J.D., and admission or pending admission in the working jurisdiction.
