What you'll do

• Participate in the Intensive Care Fellowship program.
• Complete structured curriculum, simulation training, and clinical rotations.
• Provide direct patient care under the guidance of preceptors.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage critically ill patients.
• Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols.
