Security Flex Officer, Commercial Real Estate

The Security Flex Officer role is onsite across client sites in Bellevue, WA, with shifts, days, locations, and assignments changing regularly. Pay is $27.06 per hour. What you'll do

• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle
• watch for unusual conditions and safety hazards
• sound alarms or contact police or fire services when needed
• warn people of rule violations
• monitor entrances and exits and authorized property removal
• investigate and report incidents and suspicious activity
• maintain logs
• assist customers, employees, and visitors
• make emergency notifications according to site orders.
