What you'll do

• Provide nursing care for cardiac stepdown patients, including telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation and management, post-MI and pre/post cardiac catheterization care, cardiac drips, chest tubes, and non-invasive airway management. The unit's patient diagnoses and procedures include cardiac and vascular conditions and surgeries. Follow the unit's float rotation and participate in storm or hurricane team assignments
• contract staff may be required to report during catastrophic events, mass casualties, or disasters.
