Route Manager

The Route Manager role is onsite in Milpitas, CA, with a regular Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $29–$31 per hour. Prudential Overall Supply provides uniform and textile services to businesses and other customers. The manager leads and develops route drivers and customer service representatives while supporting service quality and district growth. The role may cover routes during employee absences and is designed to support progression into higher leadership roles.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and mentor route drivers and customer service representatives
• conduct customer service audits and resolve service issues
• support route operations and drive routes as needed during absences
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
• maintain customer relationships
• support district growth and service performance.
