The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, combining center-based and in-home services, with a listed location in Cumming, GA. Compensation is $85,000–$115,000 per year, inclusive of achievable bonus potential. Key Autism Services provides applied behavior analysis services to children and families across multiple states. The BCBA assesses clients, develops and monitors individualized treatment and behavior-support plans, supervises and trains behavior technicians, and guides families and caregivers. The role uses evidence-based practices and progress data to support clinical outcomes and children’s development.
What you'll do
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- write progress reports
- develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior-support plans
- supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians
- support families and caregivers with behavior management and replacement behaviors
- conduct functional assessments or analyses when clinically warranted
- review program effectiveness, make recommendations, and monitor and graph progress.

Why this role
Current BCBA certification and state-required LABA, if applicable, are required, along with a master’s degree in ABA or a related field. The posting states no weekends are required for home-based and center-based BCBAs. Relocation assistance is available within states served.
