What you'll do

• Advance the global GTM onboarding strategy and roadmap
• design in-person cohort, self-paced digital, and AI-driven learning experiences
• facilitate cohorts at Santa Clara headquarters and key regional events globally
• coach subject matter experts
• align Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, People, and Enablement
• and track ramp metrics including time to first deal and pipeline generation velocity.
