What you'll do

• Build relationships with trades and vendors
• audit estimates to support accurate material deliveries
• assist with estimating as needed
• ensure trade and material orders support cycle-time goals
• review and enforce scopes of work
• track material costs, budgets, and price fluctuations
• maintain approved vendor and pricing lists
• support budget accuracy and company margin and profitability goals
• follow safety standards and company policies.
