Student Support Specialist

The specialist coordinates integrated student supports to address attendance, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. What you'll do

• Lead a school-based support team
• conduct annual needs assessments
• develop and implement a site support plan
• coordinate evidence-based Tier I, II, and III services
• support and monitor students at risk of dropping out
• connect families with resources
• assess program outcomes
• maintain student records and prepare reports
• collaborate with school personnel and community partners.
