What you'll do

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems
• complete and document work orders in the CMMS
• inspect systems and common areas
• perform general repairs
• assist with HVAC servicing
• respond to tenant requests
• coordinate and monitor vendors
• communicate maintenance updates.
