What you'll do

• Support daily retail operations and act as manager in the Store Manager’s absence
• spend at least half of each shift on the sales floor
• provide customer service
• assist with purchasing, inventory, merchandising, register operation, stocking, and pickup orders
• maintain store appearance
• support donations and special projects
• coach, train, and help select team members
• coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and manufacturing teams
• help create shift and break schedules
• represent the company at local events and occasionally travel to food shows to source specialty items.
