What you'll do

• Answer phones professionally
• schedule appointments, lab tests, and surgeries
• verify referrals or pre-certifications
• update insurance information
• answer general patient questions
• take and relay messages
• and, as needed, collect co-pays, prepare charge tickets, prepare and clean exam rooms, and sort, file, and scan patient charts.
