The Bookkeeper role is part-time and onsite at the Seminole, FL store. Pay is $18–$23 per hour. Coastal Flooring Group is a local flooring and remodeling company, and the bookkeeper works with its team and outside accountant. The role maintains accurate financial records and handles day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, payments, and reconciliations. It supports the company’s financial operations by resolving discrepancies and preparing documentation for month-end close and tax work.

What you'll do

• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting functions
• manage accounts payable, review invoices, and process payments
• prepare and process payroll
• calculate and process installer and subcontractor payments
• reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
• assist with month-end close, tax preparation, and supporting documentation
• research billing or payment discrepancies
• maintain confidential employee, vendor, and financial information.
