What you'll do
- Assist with planning and leading age-appropriate activities focused on academic success, health and well-being, life skills and leadership, and workforce readiness. Promote safety and belonging, communicate with members and families, maintain membership records and sign-in/out processes, and mentor new Youth Development Professionals. Weekend or extended-hours work for special events may be needed

Why this role
High school diploma or GED required; some college or a degree preferred. Required DCF training must be completed within one year, including applicable early training, and organization-sponsored CPR training within 90 days.
