The role also contributes to client communication, case preparation, and organized case management.

What you'll do

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• draft pleadings, discovery, motions, memoranda, and correspondence
• assist with litigation through resolution
• prepare matters for mediations, inspections, hearings, and depositions
• handle discovery
• organize case records
• participate in client communications and intake
• assist with calendaring, filings, and service of documents.
