What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, feeding when needed, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments, errands, or grocery shopping.
• Follow individualized care plans, monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions, and document care provided.
