What you'll do

• Respond to residential and commercial water-damage emergencies
• extract standing water
• set up and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers
• remove damaged materials when needed
• perform demolition and cleanup while protecting unaffected areas
• document progress with photos, moisture readings, and reports
• communicate with customers and property managers
• maintain vehicles, equipment, and job sites
• follow safety procedures and IICRC standards.
