The Facilities Technician II is an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ, working 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. with one weekend day per week. Compensation is not specified. The role also manages maintenance requests, coordinates with vendors and contractors when needed, and supports and trains Facilities Technician I team members.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across facility systems
• repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, doors, ceilings, and facility infrastructure
• complete drywall repair, painting, texture work, and finish projects
• manage work orders and maintenance requests
• coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed
• train and support Facilities Technician I team members.
