What you'll do

• Perform technical imaging procedures requiring independent judgment within designated areas
• perform general diagnostic and routine fluoroscopic duties
• produce radiographs, position and transfer patients, and provide immobilization devices as required
• select technical factors and operate imaging equipment
• use the Picture Archival Communications System
• follow radiation safety standards
• assist physicians with opaque media
• perform delegated routine, angiographic, and CT procedures
• maintain records, cleanliness, and supplies
• rotate assignments and shifts as required
• may provide technical instruction and train ancillary personnel or students.
