What you'll do

• Advise store, department, and regional leaders on employee relations and documentation
• support investigations and corrective action records
• coordinate onboarding, compliance, leadership, and operational training
• maintain training calendars and completion records
• administer training-system assignments and reports
• track program progress
• conduct field visits as needed
• maintain HR records
• recommend workflow and process improvements.
