It also contributes to tax processes, controls, planning, due diligence, and acquisition work as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures under ASC 740
• prepare federal and state tax compliance calculations and filings
• respond to tax notices and support audits
• prepare month-end tax journal entries and account reconciliations
• assist with tax processes and controls, planning, due diligence, and acquisitions as needed
• provide researched information to management and external parties.
