What you'll do

• Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
• provide personal training and individualized coaching when needed
• teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics
• modify workouts for athletes' ability levels
• help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, and overall performance
• communicate with members and support retention.

Why this role

Requires CPR/AED/First Aid certification and at least one year of strength and conditioning, personal training, or group fitness experience. A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred. Facility membership and company-sponsored continuing education are offered.
