What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests involving appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, gates, pools, and community facilities
• respond to emergency calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• prepare vacant units for rent
• maintain shops, inventory, and amenity areas
• communicate with residents and assist with events
• log service requests, update databases, and monitor vendor performance.
