What you'll do

• Dispatch and schedule Restoration Managers to incoming leads
• maintain equipment pickup schedules
• arrange area-rug pickups and returns
• track customer survey results
• enter data
• answer calls about past services, current projects, and general inquiries
• and assist other departments as needed.
