The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Early Intervention role is onsite in Austin, TX, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The stated pay range is $80,000–$100,000 per year. Ally Behavior Centers provides center-based early intervention ABA therapy for children with autism ages 18 months to 6 years. The SLP provides speech therapy and coordinates care with occupational therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to help young learners develop communication and social skills. The role also supports families through parent training and contributes to coordinated treatment planning and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Carry a caseload of up to 23 clients
- provide 40 thirty-minute sessions, or 20 billable hours, per week
- conduct quarterly parent training for each client and training after evaluations or reevaluations within one month
- coordinate care with occupational therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- attend team meetings
- maintain HIPAA confidentiality
- communicate with families and clinical teams
- perform duties that include diaper changes, toileting assistance, and working on the floor with children.
