What you'll do

• Respond to inbound sales leads and RFPs by phone and email and log details
• prepare and process contracts, proposals, and addendums
• maintain group bookings and create booking links
• manage rooming lists and assist with individual reservations
• set up group billing and enter details into sales, POS, and event systems
• process invoices
• run and distribute sales reports
• provide administrative support, correspondence, phone coverage, and scheduling.
