What you'll do

• Conduct concurrent and retrospective documentation reviews
• collaborate with physicians and leadership to clarify documentation
• issue compliant physician queries under AHIMA and ACDIS standards
• educate and mentor staff and providers
• analyze CDI findings and trends
• support program development, workflow design, and performance tracking
• participate in software implementation and workflow redesign
• travel up to 10% as needed.
