What you'll do

• Lead purchasing for select projects from bid preparation through contract execution
• maintain subcontractor relationships
• coordinate purchasing strategies with Estimating and Operations
• maintain the bid site
• draft trade scopes of work
• request, receive, analyze, and manage bids against budgets
• lead descope meetings
• prepare purchasing documentation related to GMP
• move trade partners through contracting
• identify and help manage procurement risks
• participate in continuous improvement.
